Orders & Payments

Most items ship within 1-3 business days of your order, excluding pre-orders. For pre-orders, the exact shipping timeframe will be specified in the item description, as they aren't available for immediate shipment.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email within a few business days unless your purchase includes a pre-order item. For pre-order items, please refer to the shipping timeframe specified in the item description 

Please send an email to orders@dicon-us.com with your order # and updated address as soon as possible 

If your order hasn't arrived after 60 days from shipping, you can submit a claim for a refund or reshipment by sending an email to orders@dicon-us.com. To avoid delays, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Please send an email to orders@dicon-us.com, with a picture or video that clearly shows the issue with the product. Upon verification, we'll issue a refund or reshipment 

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to be processed to your original payment method
